Boy Howdy!

Well, that title sounded pretty amazing i think. Sorry for the lack of posting, i have been trying to get a new job move(+ every thing that comes with that), and try to maintiain the job that i have now without letting anyone know that i am looking for a job, travel quite a few places and have family come (thought you should know family first came out on this page as familky pretty funny made me laugh). Pretty stressful. Please, family call me i miss you guys. any who it's been nice having people come. I will post later tonite, i'm at work so can't take to much time but look at my olympic widget at the bottom of the page, pretty cool.

The Zoo and You

Well, all of you crazy kids out there in TV land tonight my wife is at work and i'm so bored i could cry (not really) cause i'm that bored. But i am really excited because now I get to share my pictures of the zoo with you guys. Even though it rained probably all but about 45 minutes. But we were still able to have fun. And even get a few good shots. Anyways.
Some of my fondest memories are from family trips that we would take. Some times we were lucky enough to go to the zoo. I enjoyed seeing those animals so up close. You know I didn't realize until this last time how cool it really is to be so close to so many animals you would probably never see if it wasn't for the zoo. Any ways I'm going to show a bunch of pictures (OOOH, AWWW, OHHH). Please fill free to coment if you would like.

The elephants were ejoying a nice sunny day and so were we. It was quite fun.

The Peacocks were every where.
The mountain lions were out and we were lucky enough to see when the were fed. Pretty crazy. They really attacked their food.

But Do you know what my favorite thing was there was. Do You even have a guess. I but you do. You are probably thinking llama. I know you are but it is much better the that. (even though they are pretty cool. you know like LLAMA____SWEET. but no)

You guessed it the wild moganastic-meluva-at0n. Or to you and I my beautiful wife. You know I really love her.

Baseball games and sunny days

Awhile back i was able to go to one of my brother-in-laws baseball games in. I was excited because it was the first real time i was able to get out and shoot with my new camera.

<(he's a stud) It was a lot of fun. Plus i like to watch baseball (kinda a bad thing, I missed some good pictures) so it was all good. I have this sweet function on my camera called burst. I can shoot 3 frames a second for up to 27 frames.( for

those of you who may or may not know thats really fast one shot every 0.3333 seconds). I got a burst of 7 or 8 shots of Tanner running to first after hitting the ball. It looks like he is skating along on one foot like Gumbi did when he ran. I'll get that posted once i get a slide show going.

Even before we went to that though we went up into Logan Canyon to take some pictures. Some of them turned out okay but you could be the judge of that.

You know my wife may not know it but she really is my favorite thing to take pictures of she is so beautiful and has a smile that is just magic. It makes me smile even when i don't really want to. I thank you for that my love.

My first blog entry

Well, it sure has been a long time coming. But i am finally doing it no more giving me grief about have a blog with no posts. I've got a good excuse though. I have been trying to (at our shop) learn how to run our new router and get on schedule. Neither has really happened but one day. Any ways here are a few pics. of mine I have more but i haven't got them off of my camera.

(This is me after a long day at work.) My wife wants me to say that i was so happy to see her. What she doesn't know is that i really was.

Next time i do this there will be more pics. morgan and i are going to the Hogle Zoo. I should be able to get some good shots. I hope my family that does read this will remeber going to the zoo and bloody noses in the gorilla pen?
